XKCD

Warning: this comic occasionally contains strong language (which may be unsuitable for children), unusual humor (which may be unsuitable for adults), and advanced mathematics (which may be unsuitable for liberal-arts majors).

That's the warning at the bottom of the XKCD website -- because the writer is a geek. A straight-up Linux using, pwn understanding, Ron Paul loving, Filipacci sequence understanding geek... he calls it a webcomic about "romance, language, and math" but really it's about everything.

Mathematicians have sex, too, and for better or for worse they don't stop being mathematicians when they're doing it.
politics...
”politics”
understatement
”understatement”
fucking awesomeness:

...and the fact that living in the third millenium means taking miracles for granted:

What trips me out is that he calls it a webcomic based on romance, language and math, and I'm exactly the kind of person who shouldn't like it, because I didn't take a single math class in college. And the only thing I remember from Math before that is my senior year -- sneaking out to get high during math lab.

There's also this at the bottom:

Warning: this comic occasionally contains strong language (which may be unsuitable for children), unusual humor (which may be unsuitable for adults), and advanced mathematics (which may be unsuitable for liberal-arts majors). But it's not true. But I think that what it's really about is longing, and how much all the new technology and scientific knowledge out there just adds a few more dimensions to the gap between what we want and what we have.

Here's one for the grammar nazis

Also his comics remind you of how much more fun life is when you're playing.

And he loves Firefly. Like loves it. Like if Firefly were a person, he'd marry her. So would I.

Even better, for a non-math geek like me (I'm a nerd, not a geek. An important distinction. Hey maybe I'll start an obsession group about it!), his blog always points me to cool stuff, like this:
”morganfreeman”

Another fun fact, he's only 24.
”scrabble”
