Lena Zavaroni is a Scottish singing sensation. She was a seven times winner of ‘Opportunity Knocks’, a UK TV talent show in the 70s. She was a tiny girl with a huge voice who became a worldwide star, but soon became victim of anorexia and eventually died in a Welsh hospital after persuading a doctor to give her a partial lobotomy.
