This may be the only show where I absolutely get lost in, watch at least every chance when it shows on HBO and memorize the details! I like TV shows but I F*&$ING love True Blood. There is no other show out there that gives me "thrills and chill" all in the same episode. I honestly am not a fan of vampires...I admit I did watch Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel but only for Spike's character and if I missed an episode I didn't feel as if someone punched me in the stomach and have a panic attack for the rest of the week! (extreme I know)! Season One was one of the best introductions to a series that I've ever seen; Season Two had the best rising action/climax to a story and love triangle! Also the love triangle isn't too sappy, there is a real development of character that you fall in love with! (Oh you know what I mean) and Season Three what the BEST VILLAIN EVER! Russell is epically complex! Franklin is the perfect amount of crazy and comically timed! There is simply too much to say about this amazing show! HBO played the Third Season over for like a New Year count down and I'm so glad...it puts my anxiety at ease when it comes to waiting for the Fourth Season! GOD I CAN'T WAIT! BUT I KNOW I WILL HAVE TO!
