After playing a string of characters who were more likely to deliver a punch line than a punch, Dwayne Johnson (aka The Rock) is returning to his violent roots with the upcoming revenge flick "Faster." Our friends over at FilmDrunk have the trailer.

The movie, which comes out Nov. 24, should solidify The Rock's spot as the most successful wrestler-turned-actor of all time.

That Dwayne Johnson has already reached this pinnacle is a bit odd. He isn't that big of a star, and it would seem like professional wrestling -- which requires all sorts of charisma and presence (let alone acting) -- would produce a much steadier stream of movie stars than it actually has.
