Smoked..cured..slow roasted..baked...BBQ'd...braised..seared...sauteed or stuffed in a casing...any way you cook it ~*Piggy Parts*~ has always been one of my carnivorous obsessions. From the tip of their curly little tails to the top of their pink spotted snouts..it's ALLLL 'Good Eats" as one culinary host of the Food Network proclaims. No matter how adorable the sweet, pink little piglets may be I envision a slow turning spit over hickory coals......
