Not in the deliberate sense of grabbing a telephoto-lens camera and perving on the woman opposite from the roof top of your apartment block... nor in the sense of putting a hidden cam in someone's room to see what they get up to... those things may be fun too but there are plenty of other adult sites for that stuff... I mean the simple pleasure of sitting outside a Starbucks watching the world go by... or on a tube train in London studying fellow passengers, sussing out where they are from, their job, income bracket, etc.
