I constantly search my surroundings and make everyone aware of any dangers that may occur. For example: My kids are playing outside on their bikes and I tell them that they must stay on the sidewalk or driveway near me. I imagine that one of the bikes hits an uneven sidewalk and the bike crashes, sending my child in the street and a car is coming down the street at the same time and the child is too far away for me to get to in time. I let my imagination get the best of me. i will hear a noise and assume the worst possible scenerio in my mind. Will I fake a heart attack in order to slump down and hit the panic button for law enforcement? What if I'm in the bathroom and someone comes in to rob the office? What if someone tries to break in at night when I'm in bed? What do I grab and what will I do to protect my family? I play out scenes that NEVER actually happen!! It's as if my mind is constantly going. I will hear a dog bark late at night and think it maybe someone in a field dumping a dead body and trying to cover it up. I will actually drive by the field the next morning to see if the dirt had been moved to indicate such a thing. Sometimes things will happen in real life that are soo similar to something that I've thought of, that I can't determine if it was all in my head or if it actually happened before that day. It is a sickness! Show Less <
