A breakfast "meat" commonly found in the Pennsylvania/Maryland area made from pork "scraps" that is sliced and fried in a pan and eaten with fried eggs. I like to dice up both and mix them together until you've created a grey/brown/white/yellow mush! Rapa Scrapple is the brand I grew up with but now that I'm in California, I can sometimes find Jones brand in the freezer section but alas, I must eat it alone and in secret because no one here wants to have anything to do with it. A couple times as a young teen, our family raised some pigs and in February we slaughtered them and the old butchers made the scrapple from scratch - Yummm! Yummm!
