i can't believe this isn't a group already! i checked under hot sauce just in case someone had gotten confused. if you are obsessed, then you know hot sauce and salsa are NOT the same thing. where are all my fellow Texans? i guess i am going to have to start taking pics of the salsa (bottled from the store and fresh from restaurants/farmer's markets) and see if this will help arouse you. question: red or green? as in red tomato or tomatillo based? it's a tough call, i know. one of my all-time favs is from a tex-mex restaurant here in town called Trudys. i don't even really like their food much, but the tomatillo salsa is to die for! so freakin' spicy and vinegary-amazing texture...i can taste it as i write. wish i had some right now.
