The wonderful movie from 1975 that was originally a stage play written by the beautiful and brilliant Richard O'Brien. It's about two boringly ordinary people (Susan Sarandon and Barry Bostwick) who get engaged at a friend's wedding and then go to see the teacher through which they met. On the way there their car gets a flat in the middle of a rainstorm. Seeking shelter they find a big spooky castle inhabited by the zaniest sexiest characters they'd ever seen. I first saw the movie in 2002 and I've liked it ever since. I saw my first public showing of it last year and ever since then I've been a huge Richard O'Brien fan, so my obsession is just as much of Ritz as the movie! I could gush about Ritz for hours, but I'm sure nobody wants to hear that (unless of course you're obsessed with the fabulous one as well). Anyway, I hope to see a lot of people here!
