Unless you're allergic, and I feel so sad if you are, but you can try alternative things like pea butter. Peanut butter makes a great snack, it's high in protein and naturally filling. A day doesn't go by where I don't have peanut butter. I like it on toast with jam, or raisin bagels, or just as a snack straight from the jar on a butter knife (not fond of eating it from a spoon for some reason). I've tried many brands here in Canada, and for me the clear winner is Kraft Smooth Light. The normal Kraft has soybean oil and I can taste it, although that's only when I eat it by itself and not spread on something. The Lite is a perfect taste and consistency. I've tried the Kraft No-Salt No Sugar, but it's a bit bland. They also make a Natural, and Extra Creamy and a Chunky. They used to make a striped peanut butter chocolate mix, but I never saw it where I live. I tried Skippy once, but I found it tasted like icing powder and was almost too creamy. I also tried an organic store brand Western Family which is pretty good. It's not liquidy and doesn't separate, but it's a bit spongy in texture. My second favourite is the Peanut Butter & Co.'s Cinnamon Raisin Swirl. The raisins are a bit hard, but the amount of cinnamon mixed with the peanut butter is perfect. Anyway, I could go on about "the perfect food" but I'd love to hear about other people's peanut butter obsessions (and I know you're out there). Show Less <
