(SF Weekly, 10/30/2002) Yasuda was born with Klinefelter’s Syndrome to a Japanese family living in Manchuria. S/he eventually obtained a PhD in mathematics in 1973. In 1995, Yasuda met Antony Hegarty and became an inspiration to and sometime member of the Johnsons.
