down in the South you get your friends &/or family together to boil massive amounts of crawfish. Each party has their appointed boiler & each boiler has their own secret recipes! Massive quantities of beer is consumed, your hands stay busy, and your mouth stays spicy! It's a feeling of camaraderie, all the work to get to the perfectly textured, perfectly spicy crawfish tail! And the crawfish boil juice & some of the fat is in the heads which most people suck after eating the tail. Yes, it sounds similar to porn talk & you can probably find some of the lingo on a tshirt on Bourbon Street. But I assure you, once you get started & get to be a pro you will start to sniff out a boil wherever you can, even if you do not know the host!!
