As someone who was born and raised in New Orleans I have dreamed in black and gold throughout my life. I went through seasons with a bag on my head and accepted the puppy dog look of sympathy when I told people I was a Saints fan. Now that after more than 40 years the Saints have not only made it to a superbowl but have emerged victorious I'm unsure of what to do. I was content with them making it that far. They would've gotten a parade either way. Now that we're champions... now that we're not the scrappy underdogs... what next? Repeat? Three-peat? I think we may.
