Why my sleep schedule is off because of a 23 hr wait.

If you superpoke me I will ignore you, if you send me a little green patch I will ignore you, if you compare me to friends I will ignore you. If you compare me to friends I will ignore you and secretly compare you unfavorably to all of my friends. The only request I will respond to favorably and immediately is to become a part of your mafia.
I avoided it for a good long while but after watching my roommate checking his mafia every 2 hours and making fun of him for it I decided to see what made him such a slave to it. I started out as a common street thug pulling my first mugging and then quickly thereafter progressing to a corner store hold up. By the end of the day I was stealing cars and robbing pimps. I wanted to continue my violent acts and become a more powerful criminal but alas the brilliance of the game is that it forces you to to take breaks and come back. Each job requires a certain amount of energy to complete and you have a limited amount of energy to use. Your energy replenishes itself 1 point per 3-4 minutes (depending on your choice of expertise) so you are forced to come back frequently to do more jobs or else let your energy go to waste. Once every 23 hours someone in your mafia can gift you an energy boost and often I have sat in front of my computer watching the countdown until my next available energy pack.
I refuse however to befriend people I do not know purposely just to grow my mafia, that's where I draw the line. My mafia is currently 90 members strong, about 15% of my total number of friends on facebook, a good ratio I believe. The number of people in your mafia certainly helps when taking on rival cosa nostras but it will not hinder you from playing the game in the least.
I worked my way up from a common street thug to an associate, then a soldier, an enforcer, a hitman, a capo, a consigliere, and finally to an underboss. I need only to buy off a few federal agents, and blackmail the district attorney and I can become a boss myself.
I became a member of the beta trial of the Cuban missions back in July of '09, my underboss character began an empire in Cuba. I've secured a safehouse, I've intimidated the locals and smuggled in some supplies. I am the proud owner or a tobacco plantation and would gladly sell you a case of Perfecto cigars for 1600 pesos.
Back in the states I own more than 300 5-star hotels on beaches on both coasts. I have protection at every location armed with chain guns, AK's, and a fleet of armored sedans. So before you think about robbing me, remember this... you mess with me, you mess with my whole family.
The masterminds over at zynga have added Moscow missions, and at the time of this writing have plans to launch Asia and Western US missions. If this keeps building you can be sure that I will continue committing any crime they let me until I am the head of the most feared crime syndicate on the fictional gaming interwebs.
