chorlton and the wheelies

Classic kids show from the UK in the 70s. A lovable dragon is stranded in a world where the inhabitants are small people with wheels for feet. The kingdom is ruled by a king and queen but they have a dark shadow cast over there kingdom in the shape of Phenella the wicked witch with an amazing Welsh accent. She gets frustrated as Chorlton with his crazy Yorkshire accent always gets the better of her. It sounds ridiculous but it just works.
